I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this location. The front desk staff, particularly a lady named Rumana, were extremely unprofessional. Before paying my bill, I asked to change the service, but Rumana told me it was not possible--even though I hadn't paid yet. It felt like I was being forced to accept a service I no longer needed. To make matters worse, the front desk team seemed more interested in their personal conversations than attending to customers. Their lack of attention and courtesy was frustrating and unacceptable. I strongly recommend reviewing the professionalism of the front desk staff.

Very bad service. Their haircut service is very bad. I have been cutting hair at Gulshan branch for 7 years. Gulshan Branch is very good. There is an employee in Dhanmondi branch ( joya), please don't cut hair near her. I kept saying don't make the hair length short. She did her own thing without listening to anything.

I have been relied on this salon for last 5-6 years. It's high time to say goodbye here. Their stuffs are not competent, neither they are professional. Their services degraded drastically. Their hair cut service, specially Joya ruined my hair.

Their service is good enough though little pricy. But the way they handle clients is not professional.If you have long queue you will have to inform your clients. They are busy with their cell phone other then attending clients. They even bother to inform you that u should wait.... Very much disappointed with their management system.

The worst service ever. The changing gown and the towels they provide are used, smelly and unwashed. My sister, who has mever been allergic to anything had a severe allergic outburst after visiting this place. DO NOT come her for any services

Worst service, products and experience I have ever got from a reputed parlor. I took an expensive facial and five minutes into the process I started regretting. All the ingredients they used had a very weird smell(like sour yogurt) which lasted with me all day untill I took a shower at night. They did not clean my face and surrounding areas properly. I extracted dried ingredients from my eyebrows, ears and hair throughout the day. If you are trying them out for the first time, don't. Just cross the street and go to persona instead. Or any other place for that matter!

Farzana Shakil's Makeover was one of the leading beauty salons for the women, and that reputation encouraged me to take their services after a long time. However, I am disappointed with their service. The hair spa was worst as I didn't find any differences after the service, and the assigned lady for the service didn't pay attention to her job. Additionally, their higher charges are not justified with the service. The facial and haircut were OK, but expensive. However, the receptionist was welcoming and asked the feedback. In my opinion, they need to improve the salon cleanliness. Moreover, their high price needs to be justified by the service and environment. Thanks.

I love this place for haircut. For any haircut they charges only 600 taka. I use three to four different cuts in my hair which will cost a fortune anywhere else. They're very professional and well-mannered. Very polite. I would personally recommend some name as they're job is really satisfactory.
