Sage Salon & Spa- Beauty Salon at Basundhara

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My mother, sister, and I went in for haircuts one day before Eid, expecting layer cuts based on the pictures we showed. We paid Tk.1500+ each. We even showed pictures for ease. What we got instead was a complete disaster. The so-called "hairdresser" completely ignored our requests and butchered our hair, cutting it wayyy shorter than we ever agreed to. Also extremely uneven and looked like someone took their scissors and went at it with their eyes closed. She didn't listen, didn't care, and had no skill whatsoever. We were so shocked and disgusted but didn't say anything at the moment because it was the night before Eid, and there was nothing we could do to fix it. We even tipped her, which we deeply regret because this was, without a doubt, the worst salon experience we've ever had. This place is a joke. If you actually care about your hair, stay far, FAR away.

I went there for haircut. The lady that cut my hair didn't care to pay attention of my instructions and the photo I showed. Cut my hair totally differently and when I told her that she didn't even bother to say sorry. What she did was only justify herself. My hair was so long she just ruined my mood nothing else. I don't recommend such place where you pay and don't get the satisfaction you wanted.

Terrible service and work by Diana. Firstly the technician had attitude when told she picked the wrong colour, and was adamant and didn't want to change it. Splotchy and uneven, the technician was extremely rude, unprofessional and started to squeeze the hands hard to hurt the customer. Avoid.

Good Service, the staffs are too good. But in package, they provide normal facial (without any machine), but they do it perfectly

The address here is not right, it's opposite to grameenphone office. The service was okay, I'd say the beauticians need more training in how to take care of the services. The place is a bit crammed up with small rooms, overall so so experience.

I'm obsessed with this salon! It's hands down the most beautiful spot in Bashundhara R/A, and the staff are always so welcoming. Plus, you can't beat their affordable prices for such high-quality services

I recently visited Sage Salon and Spa in Basundhara, and I must say, it's the best beauty salon in Basundhara i ever visited! The ambiance is so relaxing, and the services they offer are top-notch. I had a rejuvenating spa treatment that left me feeling refreshed.

Service is average. Price is reasonable. The staff is cordial. But their lighting needs to be more soothing. Indeed their music system is very loud which is very irritating for customers. The atmosphere needs to be calm.
