I went for their Signature hair cut and was quite happy with the service received by Roji Apu. She was very friendly and professional. The salon seemed quite clean and had a nice smell. Just one little feedback would be for the owner to be a little more welcoming when clients are coming especially if they are present in the salon (Like greetings, etc)

I've gotten my makeup done twice now, and both times I was beyond happy with the results! The makeup looked flawless and stayed perfect all night. I got so many compliments! The artist is super talented and really knows what she's doing. Highly recommend her service

Can not stress over how amazing Safa apu and the entire team of Salon 31 is! I first went in for my Akht back in July 2023 and I knew I had made the absolute best decision to get my makeup done by Safa Apu. Every single person came up to me asking who did my makeup :') So when my reception dates were finalised last year, I knew I had to get my makeover done for the final day by Safa apu. I got ready pretty early but the makeup just stayed on without a budge. I laughed, I danced and the makeup still looked freshly done even at 3am. Also I can't not mention how wonderful of a person Safa apu is, people already know how super talented she is but the way she and infact her entire team treated me, I couldn't have felt more comfortable and confident

Exact One month ago i had my wedding and the service of the makeup artists were amazing. She exactly did what I wanted and very communicative and well behaved. But the downfall part is their hairstyling, the hairstylist ruined my look. First of all she tried her level best to convince me to do a bun which i denied then the style i wanted to do she didn't do that. She did the style by her own wish which was horrible because she couldn't set the style properly my photographs are ruined because of that lady. In fact her draping style was below average the hairstyle section is big no no. But the make up part was satisfying because of the artist and her nature she was sweet only for her I'm giving rating this high overall. Makeup - 9/10 Hairstyle & draping - 3/10

Recently I took a hair cutting service from this parlour,signature hair cut & it was just best, not good or better,its best. U deserve to be praised for ur services. Keep it up. In the era of fraud parlour services I would like to trust ur parlour services every time um in search of a genuine parlour care. U r doing a great job.100% trust worthy.

I faced some difficulties in achieving the colour I wanted but Saila apu was very patient, very sweet with me; she was so invested in getting me the colour I wanted. I don't colour my hair that often and I was scared of hair damage. She took care of all my concerns and also gave me hair care tips. Safa apu is also very sweet, she came up to check on me and asked if everything was alright. Great service. Will definitely visit again.

I had an amazing experience with the talented in-house makeup artist and the entire salon team on my big day. The makeup was flawless, long-lasting (over 12 hours in summer weather!), and received endless compliments. Their professionalism and attention to detail made me feel confident and beautiful. Though I couldn't take pictures at the salon, I'm sharing a few from my big day to show their incredible work. Looking forward to more services in the future, In Sha Allah. Amazing and exceptional one of a kind service! Modern fashion meets glam would be the right statement for this salon. Took my bridal makeover from Safa apu. She is the GOAT artist in Dhaka! All the products are top notch quality with beautiful view! The team is super amiable! They ask your preferences quite many times to make sure you leave the chair with full satisfaction! I also had a peek of their hair salon division and works looked amazing! I would recommend this salon to every other bride!
