Only go if you have the entire day to waste on a salon waiting. Went to take Ramadan package & ozone treatment at 11:30 ish am and waited till 5:30 pm didn't receive any services whereas upon entering I was told the wait time is 1hr. After requesting several times for a simple service like ozone and a straight haircut for my sister , she received it, which I had to rush through due to the iftar time-crunch. Mind that their were not that much rush compared to other salons I have visited in ramadan. I have seen a few new faces to enter the salon after I entered, which means the existing people couldn't finish taking services.

Did my wedding makeup 6 months back... No doubts that They do amazing makeup... But they didn't listen anything Which I wanted in my look... They started my makeover without asking me anything and when I said I have some preferences... The makeup artist said she'll ask me when she will do eyes and all... But didn't ask me anything or consult with me before doing eyes or anything... But I tried putting my input in everything as I wanted a certain look but they didn't pay any heed... Then lastly they started doing my hair without even asking me which hairstyle I wanted, Like if I wantedy my hair open or in a bun... When I told them why they are styling without asking me, they said the same thing that they are just preparing the hair but at that time 50% was done... Still I showed them which hairstyle I wanted but as usual my request was unheard and they did something which they pleased... Their makeover was good but They gave me a complete different look of what I wanted which makes me regret even today for choosing them for my big day... The main problems I faced was- first, the flowers of my hair started coming off and the dupatta of my head came off even before reaching the venue... And second, I told the makeup artist multiple times to not put eyeliner or kajol in the inner corner of my eyes as they always smudges but she didn't listen and put eyeliner and within 30/40 minutes the eyeliner of inner corner smudged and made my eyes messy... Maybe it was a bad day for me but I won't ever get my big day back... I wish this doesn't happen with anybody on their big day.

Extremely unprofessional! We took an appointment, went there on time and then they kept us waiting and waiting. After 45 mins waiting we wanted to know when they will start working with us. One very rude girl came and told us they are not sure when they can start our service, we have to keep waiting. No straight answer of how much more time we need to wait. As we told them we are on a schedule and that's why we made an appointment before coming, they looked very annoyed and didn't even reply to us. Then we told them, if they can't start soon we need to leave, they said okay like it was nothing! No apology for their delay at all. If I could give them zero I would, they don't deserve even one star with this type of service.

Very pleased with the makeup, hairdo and rest of the service. Shaila was very considerate while doing my makeup and made sure I was happy with it at the end. I did get my own flowers and my own hair extension and they were able to create a beautiful look with those. The rest of the staff were very polite with us. My mother-inLaw looked her best that day and we got compliments the entire night.

I regularly avail their services including their party makeover package for any special occasions. Lamia, the owner herself who is an extremely talented make up artist always does my makeover and I must say, she can work wonders with the brush. The staffs are also very friendly, polite and caters to individual requirements. The salon also has a very cozy environment which can make you feel relaxed. Overall, a complete top notch service and I would recommend everyone to give this salon a try and be ready to be amazed.
