Very nice behavior. They were very good at Hair cut, Hair Straightening and Keratin. I was very happy and very satisfied. Thanks to all the staff. Will return again.

Though understaffed, yet the outcome was very good. It has been 1 year, I am writing this review. I did Keratin rebonding. My hairs are still in good shape and shine ( I did little touch up in September ). They charged me only tk. 11,000 where as many of my friends spent nearly tk 20 K in Banani and Uttara and their hair is damaged. Now they are coming to Style and Smile. I pray for them.

Their behavior is so professional and polite. I went there for taking their rebounding service , they behaved so well and did their job like a boss . I just loved that experience and the magical thing is I am not facing any hair issue afterwards . Always treat your customers like that and you are gonna get tons of loyal customers like me . Be blissful

i didn't like their customer care. for a parlour to be good i focus on some point like cleanliness 5/10, customer service 5/10, facilities available. and they failed measurably in every aspect. only good thing i can add that they are responsive to fb massages.

I did their 6500 hair rebinding+1600 dandruff spa. Within a week hair is no longer straight anymore, infact it's exactly like before but they told me it's going to stay 2 years if I use their product and do spa weekly. no visible improve in case of dandruff. They are all about how to sale their product. Behavior was good so one star.

It's worth giving it a 5 star due to its inexplicable mind-blowing service. I had my facial done in this parlour and I couldn't believe my eyes that my face was twinkling like the stars. It's the perfect place for all the beauties to awaken their inner radiance!
