I got layers haircut from Muffiz today. Absolutely terrible haircut because he did not follow what I wanted at all. I very clearly stated that I wanted to keep the long length. He showed me how much he was thinking snipping off and we agreed on 2 inches. My hair is at least 6-7inches shorter now. Why bother asking if he is going to do whatever he wants? I have a friend's wedding next month. And I look like absolute garbage with this haircut.

Mufeez, the hairdresser is amazing, and the only reason one should go to Total Care. I am so disappointed with the manicure, whilst doing the manicure the lady cut my flesh. Accidents are bound to happen but the fact that it's priced at 1500 taka is what got to me. Other salons like zuri, gala and prive are way better in terms of these salon services in comparison to total care. Therefore would only recommend them for Mufeez and nothing else.

It's a nice and clean place with the waiting provisions in the same room. Ladies and gents facilities are separate. Excellent service with reasonable costs. Hairstylists and assistants knows their jobs and are cordial in their behavior.
