I tried their early bird services, and they were exceptionally professional. The cost felt completely worth it because the mani-pedi and facial were incredibly relaxing. I especially loved the foot massage! A staff member named Tumpa did an outstanding job. I also tried a haircut, and it turned out amazing

After having some hectic days, I decided to visit and pamper myself. Oh my God, this was the best decision! I chose their Ramadan package, which included a facial, hair spa, and manicure. As a loyal customer, I also received a complimentary pedicure. That was the best massage I've had anywhere in Dhaka so far-- all my stress just melted away. I feel sooo relaxed! The manager, Apu, was amazing; she kept checking in to make sure I was happy with the service. Overall, the experience was top-notch!

Visited this place yesterday with my sister. She has straight hair and had a fairly good experience with her massage. I on the other hand have curly frizzy hair and the ladies did not know how to manage or care for my hair type (which is the hair type of a significant portion of their clientele). I got a hot oil with wash and dry and I was left very dissatisfied. My hair felt very rough and the blow dry left my hair looking frizzy. For someone with my hair type, blow drying and shampooing requires extra care and different products. The conditioner they used left my hair feeling dry and brittle. The lady who was blow drying my hair tried to quickly finish the service leaving my hair looking a mess. During shampoo they gave only a towel (no waterproof cover like other parlours do), my entire neck and back was wet. The lady also pulled on my hair a lot during shampoo and hot oil. Their massage is good but they don't have a decent changing room, I was asked to change in a massage cabin which had curtains that didn't even cover the entire room. All in all, if you have curly or non/straight hair this might not be the place for you.

All the staff were very well behaved and friendly. They provided each service with great care, asked about our comfort in each step of the services and didn't rush at all. They've opened a new branch as well near Dhali fitness center. Wishing them all the luck for this new venture.

The best salon in Bashundhara. Very well behaved, professional and very careful to their client's preference. Large range of services with top notch products. Not to mention, Manager Dipa apu is such a sweet and kind hearted person, special credit goes to her to make my experience with them more memorable and comfortable. 100% recommended to all my lovely ladies to experience the magic here.

I came to this salon a few times. The manager and the workers were nice to me, and I got services done like deluxe manicure and pedicure, and facials. I appreciated the massages and the services I received from the workers who knew what they were doing. One important note to the customers, try to avoid getting a service like removal of gel nail polish from this salon, or at least closely observe their work. Yesterday due to lack of time, the facial, manicure, and pedicure were done together by several ladies, and I was unable to observe due to my eyes being shut. I had asked several times to the front desk manager prior to getting the services whether they can manage several services in a short period of time or I can skip accordingly, to which I got a repeated yes, they can handle. There were internal disagreements happening between them when doing the services, where the manager kept asking the workers who can remove the gel nail polish, to do several things like facials, arms and legs massage at once and to rush them. One of the workers wanted to remove the gel nail polish on my hands more gently, but the manager scolded her for it and insisted on doing it herself, then was struggling with using the drill, and kept drilling for a long time per nail. My nails are now very brittle, several of them have a deep dent in the centre of the nail and breaking from there. They are also hurting constantly and feeling very sensitive, like I got an operation done. When the manager saw the brittleness of the nails, for my right hand, she cut nearly the whole of the length of the nails in an awkward shape. The left hand nails were saved by another worker. Out of nowhere I was told the gel nail polish removal would be a complementary service due to me going overseas, to which I thanked them repeatedly, not knowing the state of my nails at that time as I had a sheet mask over my face and having a facial done. Afterwards when I saw my nails, the manager who did the drilling said this is how it is, and to apply olive oil on my nails for the next two months. Well, it's not how it is, as I have been doing gel nail and acrylic for a while from others. A word of advice to the salon, if you do not have professionals to do a service, please DO NOT do it for the sake of taking a service from a customer. Especially to the front desk manager, if your job is to manage and supervise, do not take additional work out of your scope of knowledge just to take that service and because you lack workers who can do it. Be upfront with what services are possible to do, and the customer will be respectful in return. If I knew I would get damaged nails on my hands which are now painful to operate with, I would not have accepted the manicure service at any cost. I am not sure if the service was more brute due to knowing I would be going overseas, but yes, I can write a review to let you know I have observed, I have been provided a terrible manicure service, and this is a long lasting damage due to you trying to obtain a service without being upfront to the customer and your workers. I didn't have much of an issue with the rest of the workers. Edit 1: It looks like the manager and the workers told the owner that I had thin and fragile nails beforehand. That is not true at all, I had long and strong nails. Now my nails bend and hurt when doing any chores requiring them. I have attached a photo of my nails after the deluxe manicure. I honestly do not know who will do nails like this. Rushing, lack of a gel polish removal professional, and lack of integrity, mainly by the manager, got it in this condition. Edit 2: 17 days since, my nails are still continually chipping and breaking. I have attached their photos. This kind of work needs to be sued. Unqualified people like the front desk manager, I think her name is Sithila, needs to stay completely hands off any kind of tools or chemicals. The salon needs to have qualified professionals to do gel polish or nail acrylic work, or needs to stop those services.
