I recently had the pleasure of visiting this amazing parlour named Women's Heritage and I couldn't be more thrilled with my experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff truly listened to my desires and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in a color transformation. They guided me through the entire process, offering expert advice while making sure I felt comfortable and at ease. The atmosphere of the salon is both chic and inviting, with a calm and relaxing ambiance that instantly made me feel pampered. The colorist was incredibly skilled, blending shades to perfection, and the result was nothing short of stunning. My hair looks vibrant, shiny, and healthy--exactly what I wanted! What truly sets this parlour apart is their attention to detail and genuine care for each client. I left feeling like a million bucks, and I've received so many compliments on my hair since! I can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking for not just a great hair color, but an exceptional overall experience. I will definitely be returning!

RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I will never recommend this parlour unless they change their behaviour. specifically the receptionist "Ruqaiya" and employee "Monisha"were rude with us. They don't have any sense of customer service. They only care about MONEY. They refused to refund money of the service that I have not taken They are very very very RUDE. I am requesting the owner: "please invigilate your employees, specifically the receptionist"

Told them that i wanted a ashy brown type of color and instead of listening properly to my requirements they rushed for payment saying they can pull out the exact color. The moment i paid for the service , their true nature was revealed. The base color was okay but i was confused about the highlights and tried to communicate with the consultant who also did my highlights. Without even clearing my confusions she put bleach on highlights , i wanted ash brown highlights and all she did was bleached the highlights and when i said that it was not what i wanted she then put some dark color in hurry and washed it instantly which didn't fix anything. My hair and the color is horrible but what hurt me the most was their awful behavior. So unprofessional and cheap. Whenever i tried to communicate with them, they were mocking me and making fun of me in their own language. And when i told them to fix my hair, instead of expressing guilt , they were shouting at me. Even when the service was over and i was trying to go back home, they were forcing me to purchase hair mask from them even though i already said that i have the same mask at home. Then they brought another mask and said to buy it. The receptionist told the lady who was trying to sell it to me " kintei hobe, kine jate jay" . How low can you guys go? Whatever happened , I was calm and behaved nicely with them the entire time even though i felt like crying. They may deceive me but they will never be entirely successful, Allah is watching everything. Your behavior, your fraudulent business nothing will ever be forgiven . Your downfall is inevitable, InshaAllah

I am fully satisfied with their hair colour today Alhumdulillah!!! I did Silver ash blonde with brown base!!! Everything was alright! Thanks To them for nice co operation

I took loreal-x- tenso.At first I was really tensed because my hair was coloured.but the Service is really good & outcome is really impressive.The behaviour of every stuff is so good.specially Rukaiya Apu. She is so friendly.

Extremely bad experience i did canvo deep shine treatment from them and my hair got damaged and super frizzy within 5 days
