Definitely not my cup of tea! Many might love it and appreciate its prestige. But, in my honest opinion, I didn't really find them satisfying. Too expensive services, yet the services are not up to mark.. especially not for hair :(

I would have rated it negative stars if it was possible. I've went there 3 times with my child & they couldn't do the simplest haircut on her. When I kept telling them to see the reference picture they refused & said "I know what I'm doing" & literally did it wrong. I tried to tell them how the haircut my child wanted was different than the one they did on her the women kept gaslighting me saying "no I did exactly what you asked for, your reference picture is exactly the same as the haircut" while she chopped her hair too short beyond any scope of repair.

Most definitely one of the worst parlours I've been to. After spending more than 15k on hair and facials, I was met with extremely unprofessional service. They were rushing the treatments and I saw absolutely no changes to my hair. Matter of fact, my hair became much more rough. The facial caused my skin to break out, and my complexion is now darker than before. There were absolutely no improvements. For 5k, the acne treatment is definitely not worth it. Children of the employees were running around, and the employees focused less and less on the treatment. It seemed more like a park than a Parlour. They were more focused on leaving the parlour for an invitation than they were of thoroughly doing their job. I wasted 15k for nothing.

It's just worthless. Poor service

Worst parlor, with high charge and low quality service. The price of services got thrice of what it was in 2029-20. In just two three years the hair therapy I used to do with 1500tk, they are demanding 8000tk for that. And the quality and service is way poorer than before

I went to the Dhanmondi Branch after long time and I realized very soon why I stopped coming here! They are super unprofessional. Even though I mentioned that I am in rush, and need to complete my services within 1 hour, the front desk lady kept insisting that I should take hair treatment services instead of just oil message that I have originally requested for and provided me false info saying that all hair services take requires same time. I got convinced and took a hair treatment service and they kept me waiting for long. So I could not complete the service as I didn't have enough time! I took saree draping service, hair cut, hair treatment(incomplete) and one eyelash setting. They didn't ask if I had the eyelash with me and just assumed that I have it with me, so when I decided not to do the eyelash, they didn't refund the money. For every service I had to wait for long, which they should've mentioned in the beginning that they were short stuffed and there is a queue. Overall I had to spend 2.5 hours with incomplete service! What a blunder!

My all time favorite beauty parlour since 2005. After my SSC at 2005 my mom took me there since then I never forget to go there for my hot oil hair massage, pedicure . They're too good in both of them.
