Took their service today and I can already tell I'm visiting again. The service was top-notch, the staff was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I loved how smooth and even the results turned out.

My wife went there for a hair-color. Not only did their manager not apply the correct color as per the reference photo, they refused to acknowledge their mistake. It was impossible to make them understand that the color selected by them was wrong. They were absolutely unapologetic, after many requests they agreed to fix it up the next day. That was a lie. The next day, the manager didn't pick up the phone and the rest of the staff required extra payment for the fix-up. Will not recommend doing business with them.

I do my eyelashes from here and they always make them look exactly how I want. Great ambience and service. Highly recommended!
