Worst experience ever with a salon. Javed Habib's name is being drowned. Unprofessional behaviour. Untrained staffs. Receptionist and Staffs are very unprofessional by their behaviour. Receptionist is not aware about staffs ability to work that who is able to do what. Staffs are not well trained they experiment with my hair and make it looks horrible. Never Recommended.

The experience was very good And the stylist (Mr .Gopal)was real well behaved.i'm satisfied.thank uh.

Understaffed and Overpriced: Our personal experience at the salon revealed a consistent understaffing issue, with only 2 female staff members(and they are too young to handle everything) always occupied. This led to excessively long waiting times, making the high prices seem unjustified. Unprofessional Manager: During my attempt to cancel a booking, I encountered rude and unprofessional manager. He insisted on full payment even though we couldn't avail of the service, and his threatening attitude was unacceptable. Lack of Clear Policies: The salon's lack of transparency regarding cancellation policies was evident during our interaction. Customers should be informed upfront about the consequences of canceling bookings, especially if full payment is required regardless of service utilization. Power Outage Issues: In winter, my mom experienced a power outage during her hair spa, leaving her waiting for hours with wet hair and a mask on. This lack of power backup significantly impacted the overall experience and comfort of customers. Staff Scarcity: Our visit highlighted the shortage of female staff members, exacerbating the already lengthy wait times. Staffs are polite and skilled, but they are often overwhelmed with work, leading to delays and frustration. The issue lies with the MANAGEMENT, not with the staffs, and management is pathetic. Based on our firsthand experience, we cannot recommend this salon.

I had a wonderful experience with Archana and Punita at Jawed Habib. Archana's makeup skills were flawless, giving me the perfect look, while Punita's hairdo was stunning and exactly what I wanted. Both were professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Highly recommend their services!

Very much understaffed. They hardly have 1-2 ladies staffs. No power backup in case of power outage. It is also overpriced place. To me it seems all the feedbacks you see here are forced ones. You can check review of this salon at other locations and will understand this problem is not just for this location but across other branches as well.

Thank for Giving The Jawed Habib salon brand to Bagaha . Now don't need go any other city for services like Makeup, hair, facials, nail art etc . The services , infra, staff everything is perfect. Thank you The Jawed Habib Saloon .

I would like to say that need improvement all over the areas instead of heading down the name of Javed Habib. 1) lack of information - receptionist and other staffs are really need to be trained regarding services what they can provide on time . Also receptionist is not aware about staffs ability to work that who is able to do what. 2) service directory - need to update always what is exactly available to service and what we can provide to customers instead of saying "NO" . You can decrease the services or trained to staffs accordingly. 3) unprofessional behaviour - receptionist and artists are very unprofessional by their behaviour. 4) untrained staffs - artists or barber are not well trained they experiment with my hair and make looks horrible. 5) unhygienic place and staffs - artists are very unhygienic and not following safety precaution in order to prevent from germs and bacteria ,bad body oddours. Washroom is very pathetic .cleaning level was o. Moral - instead of this pathetic saloon can visit other small outlets ,atleast we can make our looks good to see
