Good infra, ambience & hospitality. Little more practice and skill enhancement may give a better facial experience. Massage was good. Scope of improvement: 1. Unskilled way/ improper material used for facial waxing. Dryness and irritation continues days after facial. Ulcers appeared on waxed facial skin. 2. Unskilled way of facial. Cream goes into eyes and nose. Eyes swelled. 3. Poor hair cut and spa. Destroyed the beautiful shape and texture of hair. Uneven cut. Painful combing. Not using ear buds while hair wash.
