The staff seemed disinterested and unprofessional--my stylist barely listened to what I asked for and rushed through the service. When I pointed out that the haircut looked uneven, they dismissed my concerns and blamed it on "how my hair naturally sits." The salon itself was messy, with hair clippings left on the floor and dirty tools scattered around. To make matters worse, the prices were shockingly high for the subpar quality. When I tried to address my dissatisfaction with the manager, they were dismissive and refused to offer any compensation or a fix. Save your time and money--this salon clearly doesn't value its clients or take pride in their work. **Avoid at all costs.**
