They burnt my hand at there places while waxing and then the lady had the audacity to blame me for choosing normal waxing and for complaining whenever I felt that wax was too hot. She is so unprofessional and ill trained. She couldn't get clean the surface even after 4-5 pulls. Also, my back had got crazy pimples and bumps after back waxing. I regret them for paying completely and not scolding the owner enough.
