Very terrible service..staff keeps convincing about high price service once you finally decide for what you chosen after that staff starts behaving rude and after that she doesn't care about your skin or hairs.this outlet should be closed permanently...

Good salon with trained staffs.

I have been a regular customer of this parlour since really long time and earlier it was good in terms of services and everything but the staffs there now are not well trained and don't bother to care for the services they provide. My mother went for her eyebrows and the lady there was least bothered to remove extra hair on her face and put a lotion or cream after the threading was done. There was also lot of cuts on my mother's eyelid as it was done in rush though there was no crowd in the parlour to rush for.

I want to take a moment to truly commend Neha Sharma for the exceptional service she provided while draping my saree for Diwali. Not only did she expertly drape it with such precision and care, but she also went out of her way to ensure I was happy with the final look. What stood out the most was her selflessness - despite Diwali being an important time for her as well, she didn't hesitate to prioritize her customers happiness, even if it meant staying late at the cost of her own celebration. Her dedication and professionalism are truly admirable. Neha, you made my Diwali even more special, and I can't thank you enough!
