Recently, I booked a home service for party makeup on 7th February. Sabina Sheikh came to provide the service and charged me 7000 for the party makeup. The quality of the makeup was extremely poor, and the makeup itself was terrible. In fact, I had to give her my own makeup kit and guide her through it because she didn't even know how to apply makeup properly. Afterward, she even took my concealer without my permission. When I asked her about it, she flat-out denied taking it, saying she didn't bring any concealer with her. Which makeup artist doesn't bring concealer? It was a very cheap experience overall. Please, don't book Lakme Salon for your special occasions in Bhagalpur!

I booked reception makeup and provided a reference photo of the makeup I had previously done at Habib in another city, specifying that I wanted the same look. However, the makeup done here by a freelancer was extremely disappointing and ruined my reception experience. Despite charging an exorbitant amount, the quality of work was subpar, and the products used appeared to be very cheap. I strongly advise against choosing Lakme for such important occasions, as their service did not justify the price at all.

My friend went there for a good hair makeover but the staffs convinced her to do more like highlights it was ok until she Destroyed her hair by bleaching it only in the name of highlight which made her hair worse than before. Her hair got thinner and slackened . . customers like to go to the salon for their hair repair and good looks with trust by handing you their valuable time, money, and the thing that people always notice first but in return for charging that much you just do any experiment that made her feel worse... If you are deciding to go there just keep in mind don't be convinced by any of their new experiment that would cost you your worst experience.

I got my hair colour done here, so basically it was highlighting. Abd how nicely they have ruined my hair. They have a pathetic service. I used their service for pedicure manicure and waxing eyebrows and hair highlights. The girl who did my waxing pulled my underarms skin and it got black patches. They have cut my skin near the eyebrow and i got a scar which lasted 1 week. Hair highlights was also too bad , first of all they do not have the desired colour then they tell they got it and will highlight with the colour of their choice. Please do not visit Lake saloon in bhagalpur

I had taken 4 services in total 1. Waxing- it was smooth and quick done by two people hand in hand.. excellent job done by Sabeena and Nisha. 2. Hair spa- done by Sabeena..i simply loved the relaxing massage and my hair turned out to be very smooth and shiny. 3. Facial- it was again awesome..m yet to see it's after effects.. however the experience was very very relaxing and very nice massage done by Sabeena. 4. Pedicure and Manicure - done by ..Raja and Nisha.very clean and again done with lots of honest efforts ..u can see remarkable difference pre and post procedure Overall the staff is very friendly, cooperative and cordial..the salon in very clean and hygienic.. washroom is very clean as well..i was provided snacks as well coz the entire process took pretty amount of time..and i also got lots of discount from the owner..i highly recommend this salon.. extremely relaxing and refreshing experience! I have taken hair Spa, facial, and haircut and all the three service was highly relaxing and satisfied. Staff here are very professional and supporting. One should definitely come here for the service. I highly recommend Lakme.
