3 weeks ago my wife visited the salon and wrote a review regarding the service delayed and the unprofessionalism served by your salon staffs. As we already purchased a subscription card from your field staff we asked for a refund of the same but the owner said that we can't refund sir... Next time you visit our salon we will serve u better. So today after 3 weeks when my wife visited again for a haircut, after the haircut when my wife was paying for the service one of the female staff misbehaved by saying that" aaj acha service mila na madam, aap bahut bekar reviews likhi h reviews likh ke kya ho jayega..kuch nhi hota inn sab se ..in full attitude she said that" . Is this the way you treat your customers .. shameless people. Whenever the owner is not present some of their staffs behaviour is totally unprofessional and unethical. Never recommending this salon to any of my friends and family... Throwing all my family members card and subscription... Of ur salon... Worst behaviour of the staff.

I am a customer of this salon for last 2 years ... Whenever the owner is not present the staff just say each other to do the job and made me wait for 3 hrs in last 2 visit. They will rudely talk to card member. If u can't treat ur customer well then why you sell cards. My whole family use to visit this salon but now I will never recommend anyone. Pathetic service even after booking an appointment. if u don't have time then why u take appointments.

I came for waxing and threading and Sapna was there to do the job. I must say she is very dedicated, humble and exceptional staff. Her job was very clean and I am very much impressed with her job.

Recently I visited this saloon on my brother's wedding they were to busy still did my makeup and it was worst look I ever had unprofessional behaviour never visit this saloon

I was so glad to have chosen ANANYA as my wedding makeup artist - she's just fantastic. My makeup lasted all day, and ANANYA also gave me a little top-up pot of lip gloss for later. I would recommend Ananya to anyone looking for a great wedding makeup artist!

The staff behaviour is very poor and they provide a card if you ho with card then they told you that they have very leas staff all r on vacation and waiting period of very long time even they told you that they will not provide you service today but when you pay cash every service is available ....pathetic service

Loved the ambience and awesome massage and clean up done by Dolly Singh. Would totally recommend.
