This is one of the best salon in Chhapra. I like the staff behaviour of this salon they talk to costumers very politely. One staff who cut my hairs also suggest very nice haircuts. You should go in this salon

Worst experience ever!! Staff ka behaviour was verryy rude they don't even asked me how mch length do you want!! They literally make my hair look veryy verry badd...not worth it att all!! Please if all of u r looking for best haircut and want to give this place a try as a new one Plz don't !!!!i recommend the staff was really rude to me after cutting my hairs the worst !

This salon and spa is really very nice, hygiene well maintained. All staffs are very expert and cooperative. My permanent straigting and keratin is very nice I am totally satisfied and I request all to visit at least once. Thanku

I am not misguided, the experience what I gain I share those only , pls clear your concept and to try to improve your staff quality to maintain a range in market. Doesn't matter who comes first or when if you are taking appointments for more people at a particular time must be you will be able to deliver work at time. Everyone is giving the fixed amount so why we can compromise it's your problem not customer. Improve your quality instead of blaming on customers satisfaction. Very pathetic service, very unprofessional, they don't know how to deal with client just they are focusing on making money not on client satisfaction. Management is very poor.

There is most destructive costumer they. Demotivate u. If u seating front of him. Service is good but not best. These service. Are available in any other saloon ..they have to maintain them according to there personality. They are not updated.

So beautiful environment, so elegant service and prices are also reasonable. I visited many salons for a perfect haircut before but every time i disappointed with my results. Finally it's seems like I have searched perfect salon for my hair cut. I get my hair cut and facial done and literally I m so glad to see the results. Thank u so much alams team you did a great job.
