Jawed Habib at chhapra is on the station road very accessible and easy to reach location. I went there with appointment Service was good and satisfying. Ladies section is much equipped and taken care of . Hair cut beard trimming and some light make up like D-tan etc was done by me. Staffs were very cooperative and helping. Professionally not so advanced and updated but heartedly good and dedicated. Ambiance is good . Sofa for customer in the waiting room. I cud not recollect the name of the lady sitting on main reception who was very descent in behaviour with her sweet voice. Now areas to improve for them- 1. Hospitality level to be increased and made better as they did not offer any water. Hence it was chill summer so i had to ask for . 2. Cleaning was an issue which I noticed on the roof and light point side that scorpion net were there which need to be removed 3. Number of staffs can be increased to provide better n fast services

One of the best salon in chapra ever visited. They provided good servies like hair treatment and hair spa and many more services. They have a good staff behaviour. It was very neat and clean. i had a great experience over there.

Pooja Gupta lprovides very good service and her behavior with customers is also excellent. All of their staff are very helpful as well

Haircut and Beard trimming services was excellent and above the perceived standard earlier I was a bit skeptical about having haircut and Beard trimming worth Rs. 250 and Rs. 150 in Chhapra but that turned out to be worth it. Bravo Zulu especially to "Imam" who gave one of the best haircut especially after the headshave which I have had few weeks back.

It has been a good hair treatment experience with staff member Jaimullah. The atmosphere around the salon is so clean n good..nicely maintained and kindly serving to customer. I am fully satisfied with the service I have. Must visit.

All staff members had a very professional and kind gesture. Every barber cuts and dresses hair with enthusiasm unlike any salon available here. I hope the owner keeps this up and holds the standard up to the mark. Loved it.
