Very bad experience with the make up ... First of all they don't have proper manners to talk with a client.. I was getting late and they said they won't make up after 7:30 and they don't even mentioned before when I took booking.. and the make up artist took only 30 to 40 minutes in bridal makeup up... No proper hair setting no proper draping.. waste of money and special day

Horrible experience. Went for a hairspa. The price written was 1400. They asked me for 1800. Why? Because my hair has more "DENSITY". When I tried to leave they automatically reduced the price to 1600. First, it was so obvious they were trying to scam me because it didn't even take them 30 seconds to reduce the price. And second, since when did salons start changing price depending on density? This used to be my go to place in Gaya and it's safe to say these new employees have ruined it

My sister Satisfied with their service and she often used to come in this 9to9 salon &Spa . And most important they used all protocol for good hygiene . Staff are doing their work in a disciplined way . Awesome salon &Spa in the Gaya city
