The saloon is on the first floor and the passage to go up is beside the shop (Tumble Dry). The ambience of the saloon is awesome and hygienic also. Staff's behaviour was also friendly and professional, for someone who visits saloon once or twice in two month this must be a value for money experience. This saloon is definitely raising the standards of saloon in Munger city!!

Got my reception makeup done by them at my venu, and to be very honest had the worst experince! The ''MUA'' had no shade variations at all. We were told that she will use MAC products, but she had none! the compact, foundation, all were atleast 2-3 shade darker, at last i gave some of my own products! she brought only one pair of eyelashes and too very large size, which i obviously didnt use, brought only 3-4 lipstick and too all purplish magenta shade . NOT AT ALL PROFESSIONAL! i dont it was the artist or the salon who is at fault. but I had the worst experience with her, neither the hairstyling was good and she literally asked me to set the dupatta myself. And if you think this is the worst that can happen, no! MY MAKEUP DIDNOT EVEN SURVIVE FOR 3HRS , HALF OF MY MAKEUP WAS LITERALLY MELTED DURING MY FUNCTION.

Not a good saloon all staff fighting each other on the date of 9 Feb 2025 and 5 staff available but no one cut hair......

Experts are not trained. Didn't even know how to apply, the strips tore 3/4 times.

This salon will be the worst experience ever. Bad service, haircut was a joke. They have very unprofessional and untrained staff. Their staff don't know normal hair cutting, they don't even know the difference between 0 and 1 cutting, they cut hair like "kottraa cut" and they don't even admit their mistake, their behavior is like I m a professional it's Your hair fault not my, I left this salon with a headache from the stress there. Worst cutting I've ever had. Just a brand name "Glam Studio" but they have worst unprofessional staff, a local street side barber is far better than their staff. - To charge what they did for the service received is an insult to them. I will never return to this salon even if they offered me free service. They are cheating the customers by taking the brand name "Glam Studio". Visited Date- 12 July 2023 at 12:45pm

Service wasn't good at all. Rate were randomly charged higher. Despite of charging higher money, they didn't cut hair properly.

Worst experience. No proper trained staff in saloon. Don't know proper steps n massage pressure points for facial. They don't provide proper facilities. Don't know how to use steam machine. Even we visit saloon for relaxation but bcz they don't use AC and fan properly so u will feel uncomfortable. They will give various discount and package add but they can't provide all facilities available in package. Only name no proper staff
