The Hairport

Hairport is one of the worst Men's Salon we have at Muzaffarpur - particularly south of Rly Stn. It has a very-very careless and inefficient staff. They don't serve you on time and mostly with the pretext that either they don't have enough staff or have heavy pre bookings. The place is Air-conditioned, but quite insufficient for our summers. Advice:They should find a place with better access, have more capable and efficient staff and change to a more spacious premises.

They are just doing their service no customer satisfaction. Ac parlor good facilities, staffs are doing their own job but saloon is not product selling this service industry customer satisfaction is mandatory.

Pros- 1.Variety of different services 2. AC on all the time 3. Clean, and hygienic 4. Staffs are skilled Cons- 1. Very few staffs total 4 in number so queue is long 2. Little bit expensive

Wait time is too much. On phone number system is worst. You dont know whether someone is there or no. Waiting in the salon till your turns come shows the transparency which will be treated equal to all customers.

Excellent hair cutting facilities. Experts are available. Facial and other beauty treatment are also available. Very relaxing and enjoying. Reasonable charge. Better make an appointment.

Service and product is good but felt their price is on higher side

WORST salon of muzaffarpur. The staffs are totally unprofessional .Never ever choose this salon for a haircut or for beardcut.

Wrost experience ever , just messed my hair ,not Reccomendable at all
