I had very good experience with my bridal makeup in 2020. But in 2024 for my sister's bridal makeup we had horrible experince with VLCC Maripur. Inspite of shortage of staff they took booking for several brides and messed up everything. We booked for 1 bridal makeup and 2 party makeup for my sister's wedding. Makeup artist was doing my sister's bridal and in between she left her and started doing someone's facial ( as she was a regular customer and needed facial urgently). After waiting for almost 2 hours when we shouted at them they again started with the make up. After sometime that customer came again and asked for threading. She again left us and went to that regular customer. We had reached Vlcc at 1:30 pm. And till 7 pm even bridal make up, hair and dressing was not completed. Baraat was on the way. And again when we fought with them 2 party makeups and hair were done within 30 mins in hurry. They were repeatedly saying sorry sorry we are short of staffs as they didnt have any answers for their unprofessional behaviour. Donot book vlcc maripur for your big day as it might get ruined. Vey very disappointed.

The service was ok but the male worker behaviour was inappropriate during hair spa, also they charged a lot for a facial which was not upto the mark. While giving facial the worker didn't wore any mask and gloves and kept on coughing

The salon is quite good. Staffs are very welcoming and skilled. Ranjit helped me with hair cutting. Recommend him if you visit.

Divya Ji was very good with the services. What a wonderful facial she did. Also, waxing and all services was fabulous. Very friendly Divya Ji and satisfying services. Everything was relaxing and soothing.

Very very very happy with the satisfied with the makeup. All thanks to Divya! I wanted minimal makeup and Divya did wonders!
