9to9 Salon & Spa in Patna

I visited the salon for my Engagement Makeup on 16th April 2025. I chose Airbrush Makeup. The make up was so subtle, matched my skin tone perfectly and was Naturally Glowy. Everyone complimented my looks. Staff was really cooperative, polite and Efficient. I regret not remembering the name of my Make up artist. But she was really polite and patient with me. Overall I loved the whole Experience. Thankyou!!

I often visit 9 to 9 Salon, Bander bagicha.( Nutan plaza). But this time it was a horrible experience.Recently I visited this salon on 8th March,2025 and availed services namely threading , waxing and hair spa. Initially, when i saw the price of hair spa in salon's brochure , it was 1400( Regular spa) but then I was told by the staffs that price varies as per the length of hair. So Soni told me that it will be 1600. I agreed to it and then all my services were done by a staff named *Rekha*. The services done by her were satisfactory and while billing she started saying that hair spa price would be 1800 as per the length. What kind of professionalism is this? Initially i was told 1600 and then suddenly she increased the price. I must say *Rekha* is very cunning and very clever staff. The owner of 9 to 9 salon , look into this matter or else i will lodge a complaint . 9 to 9 is a renowned salon but this act was unacceptable and I am highly disappointed.I would never recommend any one to visit this salon as the charges for hair services are not fixed and it varies as per your staff's choice. Is this the way you treat your clients?Its not that 9 to 9 salon is the best salon in Patna but at least maintain your standard and teach your staffs to behave properly. I really had a very bad experience with Rekha. Teach your staff *Rekha *how to behave with clients as she acts over smart but in reality she is nothing.

A busy super market in a Porsche location. Provides day to day stuffs and wide range of expensive chocolates along with the reasonable ones. Plenty number of staff members are employed to help the customers. You can buy household stuffs and kitchen stuffs too. Some exotic products are available too.

One of the first super markets in Patna or let's say Bihar. People loved it and with all that love pouring in they were able to expand to many parts of the city. From being a single outlet to multiple outlets their buying volume increased many folds the margin would have increased many folds but nothing has been passed on to the consumers. The branded products are being sold at MRP not even 0.01% discount and loose items like Daal, Spices, Plastic Items are being sold at exorbitantly high prices. The only pro about this place is you would get most of the stuff you need. I would only go here if there is some immediate requirement else I would stick to Amazon/Flipkart.

I'm a regular customer here. It's always been a great experience. Sita ma'am is an experienced beautician and my personal favourite!
