I had a great experience at imperial for my engagement makeup! The beautician was incredibly talented and created a stunning look that perfectly complemented my features. The staff was also friendly and helpful and price were really affordable.

I have visited this Palour at the last min when it was about to be closed but still they agreed to give me service. I have took services like Bleach+Lotus Facial with Eyebrows. They did so good with lots of patience. It went till late night 10pm but still they were not taking it in hurry and giving full satisfied service. I highly recommend this Palour as staff and owner is very polite and experienced. I personally recommend Mrs. Priyanka as she did facial so good. Thank you guys giving me such an awesome service.

I went there due to the service provided by them for the first time (The result was satisfactory maybe because my mother was there to watch throughout ). The second time my experience was very bad..there were no professional staff for smoothening inspite of taking prior appointment and being called by them only the very next. They consider you as trial and learning material. Constantly I was saying that this was not the way it was done earlier but they were adamant on the view that they know better. Due to heavy rush of customer the work was done just for the sake of finishing. Even the owner was not serious and she was okay about the service being provided to the client. While straightening, my neck was burnt several times. Even while final haircut I was in my office dress. The owner did not even put on any cloth before trimming because it was late and when said to do so, the answer was that 'Ispe nahi chipkega baal.' It's not only about only baal chipakna, it's about the service. Also the result is not good. I regret wasting my time and energy going there because customer ke aage service compromise ki jati hai and kuch bhi ho ultimate blame would be on the customer only. I hope this review helps the team to improve and not do so with the customers visiting in future ! But me, not again !!!

I have taken hair smoothening treatment here. I'm very happy with the result. My hair become so healthy and shiny after the treatment. They are very professional at their work. I would definitely recommend for hair treatment services.

Staff is not very professional. Instead of fixing the problem, they'll do what they want to and put it on you that haircut is not looking good because your hair is rough even after showing them what I wanted. This is the second time it has happened that's why I'm dropping a review. Even for shapooing, they'll charge extra, on top of that they'll use a very basic shampoo possible. They charged a lot and did the worst job possible in haircut and threading. I've got thread injuries and burns due to their hassleness. Please fix all this. Terrible!

Varsha & Soni were the best ladies i have ever interacted while taking any parlour services. They devoted time as my needs. They were very humble and professional. Well dressed with proper tools. I am really happy with this and would love to do it again. I will also recommend this to others aswell. Thank you Imperial Team!
