I booked my bridal makeup with looks and locks after attending a friend's wedding. The owner did my makeup but she was in so hurry that she only did my makeup and told her staffs to take care of the rest. Her staffs are really unprofessional even after charging 30k including extensions and eyelashes, she was charging a 1000 for flowers ( adding picture for reference of what hair do they did). My curls opened as soon as i reach the venue they were not set properly with setting spray. At the time of booking they were making big talks that your look will stay for 24hours. And there were a lot more. No bride wants to remember her wedding day with so much of missing things. Its not that they are charging you minimal amount, but even after charging that much they are not giving you a satisfactory experience. With so much of money you get nothing of an experience and service. The staff at the reception is so unprofessional. Not a good experience will not be recommending to anyone.

I am extremely pleased with the bridal service that I received for my treatments. I was very today with Isha who did my nail extensions and at such a young age the girl is a pro in nail art. Special mention to Shanti and Baby ji who were an absolute caring duo who did the entire pre bridal services to me... last but not the least Ashraf ji who is the best hairstylist ive ever met.. the staff and ambience are all very caring and salon is neat and well maintained.. loved the experience.. waiting for final bridal day makeup. team looks n locks , SP verma road.

the service here never fails to amuse me. there has never been a day that i have walked out of this parlour disappointed. they have excellent service and customer dealing skills. i think everyone should visit this place and try out their services special thanks to ajay ji and rakhi ji...
