The bridal makeup was absolutely stunning. The senior makeup artist did such an amazing job - it looked beautiful in person and in photos. Everyone kept complimenting the bride, and honestly, the makeup didn't budge at all. It stayed fresh and flawless from start to finish. Super happy with how it turned out. Also, the makeup artist was very cooperative and calm, it made the whole experience even better.

Hello, First of all payment issue was from your side, not mine. I was trying payment from multiple accounts and different people were trying to pay , but your account was not functional. Then your friend gave another account into which payment was finally done. Secondly, my bridal make-up actually started around 9 and got ended before 10. I have never in my life seen any bridal make-up being done within an hour. And I left your parlour around 10.20,delay being because of the payment issues. I do have the proof as well and payment receipt. I actually quiet liked engagement makeup but the next day I was really disappointed and mostly because as there was no effort taken by the team . And since you were talking about the haldi function, I did reach by 10.30 and I left your parlour around 12.15, and the entire haldi function was finished around 2-2.30. So there was no point that I reached around 12 and all excuses. And regarding my other reviews, if someone will burn my skin, after charging in bugs, then obviously they deserve such review. And lastly, there is no point of faking as I have no buisness with your buisness. We belong to completely different professions and I am not at all bothered about your buisness. I would have not felt bad if I would have seen an effort taken by the entire team,no matter how was my makeup. But despite requesting the entire team multiple times, there was least effort to get ready the bride. The truth was everyone was super tired because of extra bookings and unfortunately me being the last bride every one was least concerned. I actually liked engagement makeup but there was so many imperfections in wedding makeup , that I had to struggle the entire function with my hair loosening, mantika not fixed and many more which I don't want to exaggerate further. If only I would have seen effort with the team , I would have been content that atleast u guys tried your best. But sadly there was none. One's wedding day is every one's dream so your efforts do matter for each bride. Hope you have a nice day! Thankyou

I can't thank Riya enough for the absolutely stunning makeup she did for my engagement! She made me feel like the best version of myself--flawless, elegant, and so natural. The makeup lasted the entire time, and I received endless compliments, all thanks to her magic touch! Beyond her incredible skills, Riya is such a sweetheart--bubbly, down-to-earth, and so easy to be around. She made the whole experience fun and comfortable, which meant so much on such a special day. Very unprofessional makeup studio. Not at all bothered with the client preference. Overhyped and overcharges. Main artist was not at all bothered about the client. Even the junior makeup artists didn't knew anything. Long waiting list. Not at all recommended. Spoiler.

Worst makeup artist with amateur and incompetent staff. Riya itself is rude and did worst patchy makeup and made the bride cry at her day. And if you are going for party makeup they dont ever go there as the prices were unnecessary high and the staff for it are merely inexperienced girls with no knowledge at all. And you will regret it.

Thanks to Riya and her team for all the lovely work done it was my wedding and I wanted to look special there was a look in my mind and exactly she made me look like that or I can say even more beautiful than that thanks to Riya for making time for me in her busy schedule and making me such gorgeous it was lovely to be there and I would recommend everyone to book her for any special day.
