I usually don't write negative reviews, but this salon has left me no choice. I've had a terrible experience ! I got a reaction from their waxing, and despite complaining, nothing changed. When I posted a review, they asked me to delete it, apologized, and promised compensation--which they haven't given. This time, the waxing was extremely harsh, and they made my eyebrows way too thin despite clear instructions. The staff was rude and unprofessional, showing no concern for customer satisfaction. If you want bad service, no accountability, and unprofessional staff, this is the place. Otherwise, save your money and go elsewhere! Would highly recommend not to use such services just to save little money .

Very professional staff, they are providing decent service with good levels of hygiene. You don't have to wait for long, they do it quickly. Value for money. I am using their service from last 2-3years and I am happy with the services. I seriously recommend their service Thankuu Salonline

Great service. Really appreciated. The beautician was polite and very good at her work. After the service the beautician cleaned the entire area. Satisfied with the service. Will surely consider in future as well. Best thing about this online service is that they will not cancel at the end moment by giving false reason ( I had a bad experience with some other app who cancelled at last moment). The experience with facial was ultimate. I was left relaxed after the service. Reena ji was quite tender and firm, at the same time. Salonline provides us the power to rejuvenate ourselves at our own leisure and at our own place. I have been a regular at Salonline and up til now, I am enjoying their services.

I made the booking online. Received a call saying they can't accommodate me as their slots are full. I still requested to help me out. They said they will let me know, waited for 1 hr called them again, they said they will get it done, then again called and told me it's not possible. Again after 40-50 mins confirmed that it will be done and then again after half an hour told me that it's not possible. The way they wasted my time is pathetic. I can't say anything about their service cause I didn't even get to try it. Very disappointing experience, needles to say am not making any bookings in the future.

The Salonline team is so helpful and prompt. I booked an appointment for 2 facials for my mom and my grandma and both were done so nicely with quality products. The best part was that hygiene was not compromised and she used only non reusable gowns and facial tissues and at the end even cleaned the area where she worked. Really good experience. Can't wait to get pampered again.

This is the only salon at home service that I trust to properly deal with my skin. Very responsible service with well mannered staff and completely hygienic. The girl came to give me waxing and facial was very polite and kept asking if I have any problem. The service was extremely satisfying in all possible ways.
