I recently visited the Lookz saloon for their hair smoothening treatment, and I'm thrilled with the results! The salon's ambiance was welcoming, and the staff were professional (Mr. Manoj )who did the treatment has alite of knowledgeable about the treatment. Treatment Experience: The hair smoothening process took around 4 hours to complete 1, which was worth it for the sleek, shiny finish. The stylist applied a chemical relaxer, followed by a blow-dry and flat ironing. The treatment reduced frizz and dryness, making my hair more manageable.

I went here to get soft curls done. Highly unprofessional they are. The guy who did the curls for me initially forgot to apply serum and then the curls did not last even till the evening that is not even 6-7 hours and they were unevenly done. And for this highly unprofessional work they charged me 800 bucks.

Awww.. This is really a very nice parlor..I get mahh hair straightened here & I liked it very much.The products here were also very good. And all these work of mine was done by Pooja & Sungam Both did mah straightening step by step wid so comfortably. Thank you so much both of uhh for doing so well for me.

Horrible experience with the parlour . Have gone here for second time to dye my beard . For the first time they were good. But in my second visit the guy was soo casual that even after asking him to apply a little layer of dye he applied as many as he can and the entire dye has been spreaded to my skin. Above all the guy wasnt even there for more than 45 min. I was finding no one there i was all alone sitting and waiting for someone to come over as i was felling a bit itchiness in my face. Then later i realised he was out for lunch and came back relaxing . After he tried to wash it , the colour wasnt going from my skin then he came up with such a brillient idea of applying some washing powder over my face to remove it. Dont know what and all they have aplied in my face I started getting an horrible burning sensation. Trust me this kind of service we can get even in a sallon who sits down the tree. U dont have to spend so much on ur parlour beautifiaction. Take my advice please hire some trained person for this job. They do whatever comes to their mind. There are certain rules for every activity they do in a parlour. U cannot just give a customer whatever u feels like. This was my last visit to this parlour. I had a pathetic experience with them. Go at ur own risk. I would have rated negative out of 5 if i wd hve hd an option.

Lookz salon now called as Studio 11..I did my hair smoothening and the after effects was horrible..My hair became rough and frizzy after first hair wash..I won't recommend anyone for hair related services. Awful experience..Greatly disappointed
