I recently visited this salon for hair smoothening and I'm so happy with the results! My hair is now super soft, sleek, and shiny--just what I was hoping for. Aaftab did an amazing job from start to finish. He was professional, explained each step clearly, and took great care of my hair. You can tell Aaftab really knows what he's doing and puts a lot of effort into his work. I've already received so many compliments! If you're thinking of getting any hair treatment done, I highly recommend asking for Aaftab. I'll definitely be coming back!

All staff members are really good especially Aftab Bhaiya and Saraswati Di. They are very patient and talented.

I visited for a haircut and beard trim, and the service was disappointing. The haircut was very average, lacking attention to detail and style, while the beard trim was similarly unremarkable. Overall, the experience didn't meet expectations and felt like it was just a routine job rather than a personalized service.

I have been a loyal customer of this salon for quite some time, but my recent experience has left me extremely frustrated. Despite booking an appointment in advance, I was asked to wait much longer than expected. This isn't the first time it has happened--this seems to be a recurring issue. When I confronted the receptionist regarding my booking, instead of apologizing for the mistake, she claimed there was no booking at all. This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. It makes no sense to book an appointment here if you still have to endure long wait times, whether it's for a haircut or any other service. Poor management and lack of respect for customers' time will only lead to losing customers, and unfortunately, this will be my last visit. Customer retention is bound to be zero if things don't change.
