The Jawed Habib unisex Salon

Very disappointed with my recent experience at Jawed Habib. My wife had arranged an appointment for her haircut and hair setting directly with my hairstylist, Tanu. I had clearly informed her in advance that she was on a tight schedule as my child was waiting for us, and after a few adjustments, we managed to fix a suitable time. However, when I arrived at the salon, a male hairstylist named Sham told me to come back in the evening after 5-6 hours, completely disregarding my scheduled appointment. When I explained my situation and that I couldn't come later, he behaved rudely and insisted I come back anyway. To make matters worse, he allowed another client who came after me to be served in 20 minutes - which felt unfair and disrespectful, especially since my wife was present and had scheduled everything properly. Thankfully, my hairstylist Tanu, who is excellent at her work, understood the situation and supported me. I truly appreciate her professionalism and understanding. I hope the salon management takes note of this and ensures better behavior and fairness from all staff members. Appointments should be respected, and customer service should be courteous - not dismissive.

I'm writing this review after a month, And I'm happy to write this review. 1st of all, I'll talk about services--- I went for my hair cut and got a good one. And after a decade , got a good shape for my eyebrows They provide good Service, Everything is on mark, well maintained, they know how to behave with customers very polite behaviour. We'll maintained Hygiene, everything is well maintained. About price... it's ok ok. I believe in future we'll have the same experience what we had on our 1st visit.
