I had a wonderful experience at this salon! The service was excellent and the entire staff was extremely polite, cooperative, and professional. A special shoutout to Anjali at the front desk--she's incredibly sweet and welcoming. She makes sure every client is seated comfortably and taken care of right from the moment they enter. Her warm attitude really sets the tone for a great visit. The whole team is so understanding and attentive. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for top-notch salon services

I had a excellent experience aa at Lakme Salon! I got a cleanup done by ANAMIKa, and the results were truly great, I also had a hair spa by PREETi, which was absolutely amazing- so relaxing and A special mention to the manager at front desk, ANJALI - she is incredibly cooperative, sweet and truly excellent at handling everything with care & professionalism. The entire staff was cooperative & made me feel comfortable throughout. Thankyou so much for such wonderful service

I had a disappointing experience at Lakme Salon. The staff, particularly Anjali, lacked professionalism and failed to provide basic information about their services. I visited for a haircut and was surprised that the team couldn't explain their hairstylist levels, which they claim is a professional service. The management should consider training their staff to provide better customer service. Overall, my experience was subpar and not what I expect from a reputable salon like Lakme.

This is the best salon ever! Overall the service was superb and the staff was extremely friendly and Thankyou for the Misthi who calmly handle everything she's nicest manager I ever met ! The place has been maintained very well and Clean 5/5
