I recently visited this salon and was quite disappointed with the lack of professionalism. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed disorganized, and there was no proper communication or customer service. The atmosphere did not feel welcoming, and it was clear that the employees were not trained to provide a high-quality experience. Additionally, there was a noticeable lack of attention to detail in the services provided. Whether it was the way appointments were handled or the actual styling process, it felt rushed and unpolished. A salon should prioritize customer satisfaction, hygiene, and professionalism, but unfortunately, this was not the case here. I would not recommend this place unless they make significant improvements in staff training, customer service, and overall professionalism.

The salon opening time mentioned is 9 am but it's only for gents service. The ladies side of salon opens only by 10:30 am which wasn't mentioned by them on google and neither they pick calls in the morning. So just keep in mind.

Newly opened, in first floor. Entrance is from a narrow staircase beside Max Bakers. Staff is trained, knowledgeable & polite.
