I went along with my husband and I must say staff members are so kind and friendly..Service they provide were at top notch. It was a great experience

*0/5 - AVOID THIS SALON AT ALL COSTS!* I had the misfortune of visiting this salon, and it was an absolute disaster. The waxing service was a NIGHTMARE. The technician was completely untrained and unprofessional, leaving me with BURN PATCHES. The salon's appearance is deceiving - it looks good, but the service is appalling. It's clear they prioritize aesthetics over actual skill and customer care. DO NOT RISK YOUR SKIN AND WELL-BEING BY VISITING THIS SALON. The experience was traumatic. I hope the management takes responsibility for their staff's incompetence and takes necessary steps to improve their services. Until then, I'll make sure to warn others about this dump.

I went there at 11 Am and people who come after me where serviced first and after overlooked for 4th time at 12:30 pm I left the place, thank you for wasting my time and Sunday , you people may or may not be good at what you do but at customer treatment you are worst ,only people who are their regular should go others don't waste your precious time , review system don't let me post without giving star your establishment don't deserve even one star

Very poor pedicure service done at the salon, the water I mentioned it needs to be hot but it wasn't. Again after a week I need to have pedicure. Had mentioned to them I have certain problem but no care was taken by staff.

Worst place for Facials. They asked us to visit for a BOGO offer and when we visited, they wrapped up a facial sesh in 30 minutes, just because another customer was shouting at them for providing incorrect appointment timings. I was undergoing facial sesh feeling bad for the management on how they are treated by their customers, and when they didn't give me the right service, I felt they deserve more harsh words from their clients. This salon management is absolutely dishonest, they will give you an SMS where they will show that you have paid less money and took a cheaper service than actual, this way 20-30% of ur actual service money will go directly to the receptionist's pocket. I have asked them to tell us the discounted offers a lot of times. All they do is manipulate the customers.

Great experience and the staff is really good at their work and very cooperative. They use the right products which will suit your skin and provide you the best results. Their parlour is clean and hygienic.

Writing this after regular visits to the salon for last 6 months. The staff is proficient, their products are legit, have a nice range of facials and the ambience is calming. It is always a wonderful experience.
