The unisex setup is perfect for anyone, and my stylist took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted. I'm thrilled with my cut and the products used left my hair feeling amazing. Absolutely loved the services, I went there to remove facial hair (upper lip and eyebrows) and really liked the result which was skillfully done by Durga ma'am. Also felt good to see their professionalism..the way they treated us and were soft spoken Coming to hospitality, they offered bottled water and tea etc. Definitely coming back again for the same and other exclusive services too. The prices are top notch but the services are poor. The staff didn't knew what to use after rica wax they gave me parachute coconut oil instead of post wax oil. There was no privacy during wax.. it was a shared room which is very uncomfortable. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED Please don't go if you are in a habit of going to GOOD salons.

Getting my hair colored at Elevate has been such an amazing experience!! Nihal was my hair specialist and he was great! I turned up late to my appointment a day before Diwali, and he still very patiently gave my hair the best treatment and did not rush through the process. I went specifically for balayage and wasn't chipkaod any other services, like many other salons do, in fact the color was done keeping in mind my preference and my haircut. I was educated about the after care without being told that you have to buy products from them.
