1. There is only one stylist because of which the waiting time is too much. 2. Due to single stylist he has to keep on juggling between the customers which does not gives you a good experience. 3. As the stylist keeps on juggling he tries to get things done very quickly which is not the right way to get things done if we are looking for a polished look. 4. The stylist was on call during the whole time which again does not help in giving a polished style. 5. I asked for a buzz cut and it was a terrible experience, the fading was not at all proper. It was all done in such a hurry that it wasn't great. 6. Often the stylist talks in a rude tone which I personally find irritating. If a customer is coming then the conversation should be gentle and polite. I would suggest Meenakshi Salon instead as they give you proper time and attention to detail.

Didn't like the vibe, the staff was not friendly and the person who was cutting my hair making me very conscious. Everytime, he is saying this is not good, that is not good. I won't visit this shop again for sure. I have visited Habib in Pune, there staff was so friendly and very motivating.

Sushil did the haircut and as always it was good . First time spa experience here by Mansi and it was great experience.

He is too arrogant and doesn't understand need of customer. I have a cut for myself and my baby girl both are disaster. Asked for a trim n he simply cut 5 inches of my hair . Sirf hair dryer ka kamaal dikhate hain. I would never go back.
