I'm absolutely blown away by my experience at Lavish Look Salon! From the moment I stepped in, I was captivated by the stunning interior and the warm, inviting atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, and they truly care about their clients. My hair treatment was nothing short of amazing. The stylists are incredibly talented and know exactly how to bring out the best in your hair. I'm so in love with my new look! What I love most about this salon is the attention to detail. They have a fantastic music collection that creates a relaxing ambiance, and they even offer snacks and coffee to keep you comfortable during your treatment. had a deeply disappointing experience with this salon and makeup studio. When I initially contacted them to inquire about their services, they were extremely soft-spoken and seemed very polite and welcoming, which gave me confidence in choosing them. However, the reality turned out to be quite different once I visited for the actual services. The girl who spoke to me shruti was not there her sister namrata attended me, she was very unprofessional she don't know how to drape duppatta they don't have proper make up stuff like lipstick and bindi... when I asked for correction she said phir extra charge lagega then she called her sister saying annoying things for booking my service she was rude and dismissive and her behavior was unprofessional throughout. Even more concerning was the quality of service--it was far below expectations. Afterward, I posted a review of their makeup work on Instagram to share my honest feedback. Shockingly, they responded not with professionalism, but with hostility. They repeatedly called me on my phone, spoke to me in a threatening manner, and even used abusive language. It was extremely unsettling and inappropriate. I ultimately had to block their number to stop the harassment. No one should be treated like this for simply sharing a truthful review. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for respectful service, professional behavior, or quality work.
