Five Stars! I had an amazing experience at Cappello Salon! I got a haircut from Mr. Mukesh, and I couldn't be happier with the result. He listened carefully to what I wanted, gave great suggestions based on my face shape and hair type, and executed the cut flawlessly. The attention to detail and professionalism really stood out. The salon itself has a clean, relaxing vibe, and the staff is very welcoming. Highly recommend if you're looking for a fresh, stylish cut--especially with Mr. Mukesh. Will definitely be returning!

I went it for hair spa. The staff is very friendly, co-operative and nice, especially Sakshi ma'am was wonderful. My experience was amazing.

Recently I got clean-up done by Miss Sakshi and must say she was very good also got facial massage which was again very good. However cleanliness was not so satisfactory it could be better.

Miss sakshi has performed my clean up the service was top notch and product was very good.

Worst salon ever . The lady hairdresser didn't even know how to cut , she was such a non professional I mean street barbers would be way more better than her. It's the most 3rd class salon in Bilaspur . She didn't even sprinkled water before hair cut nor did she combed after haircut she just kept saying this is it I can't do much . She didn't cut it well refused to comb style . And thanks to Capello Salon my hair is a mess now I'll definitely sue you for this nuisance you caused to me .

1st time visiting.staff were good and they gave me nice hair cut as I expected. overall good experience .
