I recently had nail extensions done, but the method used seemed unusual compared to my previous experiences. Instead of proper nail extensions, half plastic nails were glued onto my natural nails, which isn't what I would consider a true nail extension -- this is something else entirely. I was skeptical that such a method would last three weeks, and unfortunately, I was right. The extension on the little finger of my left hand fell off after just three days, and the nails on my right hand started coming off after six days. This was not done professionally, especially considering the high price. The main reason for getting these nail extensions was for my wedding and honeymoon, but this mission failed. By my wedding day, the extensions were already falling off and didn't stay intact, which was incredibly disappointing. In my country, I could get perfectly done nail extensions for half the cost, and they would last at least three weeks. If this kind of service were provided in Europe, people would demand a refund for such poor quality. I do not recommend this service.

I am visiting this salon for more than 1 year and had taken pre-wedding services and also nail extension for my engagement and I must tell you they treat you with due respect and politeness. The owner Poonam is a very good woman entrepreneur and knows how to value customers and make the business run. The staff are so helpful and friendly that you will never feel like it's your first time. Good to see this kind of services in bhilai

Most pathetic place to get your nails done. Very unhygienic, dirty and has untrained staff. Girl took 3 hours to only do the nail paint remove, and some basic stuff to do, not including filing . Product she used is low grade my nails start chipping and drying out the same day. And they charge insane money for nothing. Highly disappoint.. Never ever going back to this place not recommending to anyone.

Unfinished work do not experience bad experience

BEAWARE GUYS service was good but my experience was poor.... First of all receptionist of that day was very rude.... I went in this salon with my mother she had gone for facial and I was there for head massage,steam and sampooo..my mom had her handbag with 6000 rupees in it one of their staff asked her to give the bag saying your daughter is asking for it which I didn't and they stole 1 note of 500 in my mom's facial room as my mom's eyes were closed due to facial and gave me the handbag saying that she(your mom) has given it to keep it with you.....when I came back home and checked money then I asked her where had she used 500 and why she gave her handbag to their staff to give it to me in between her facial then she told that they lied to me said u asked for the bag and I(mom)didn't take out any money from the bag...if wanted to have my bag or phone I could have gone by myself... Really very unprofessional act....very disappointted with their act never thought of this or else I would have cleared it when I didn't ask for the bag why you asked my mom for it.... my bad....no cameras in rooms due to privacy which is fine but their staff (1-2 who has done this)also know about cameras so they must have did this act in the room only...so no footage obviously even I can't prove anything so police complaint is of no use....but I can just share my experience and make others aware of this... that's it!! Rest staff's were good but due to 1 or 2 of their staff's weird act my experience was worst...So please all of you visiting here beaware of such frauds that's all i can say! it's not just about the money but the trust.

Waste of money. I went for keratine treatment and I don't know wat kind of product they used the treatment which should have last atleast for 4-6 months in 1 month only my hair was like before the keratine treatment even after taking care of my hair. Never visit this salon guys.
