Shine beauty salon

I recently visited Shine Salon for a nanoplastia hair treatment after being impressed by their promotional videos. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and below professional standards. Firstly, it was evident that the salon did not use genuine products for the treatment. During the process, the staff failed to apply essential heat-protecting spray or any serum, opting instead to use a straightener directly on my hair. This negligence led to significant damage, leaving my hair rough, frizzy, and curly after just one wash. When I approached the salon to address these concerns, the staff not only refused to acknowledge their mistakes but also behaved unprofessionally. Their unwillingness to take responsibility for the poor service is unacceptable. I strongly advise against visiting Shine Salon. Their approach appears experimental, and they do not uphold the standards expected in professional hair care. I am highly disappointed and am considering taking legal action to address this matter. ---

Pathetic behaviour of the staff and the owner too. They were not taking the responsibility for their bad service at all instead they haven't given any refund or any kind of coupons to atleast satisfy the customers query. Do not visit their.
