The store is great, and the staff is polite, but I felt my budget preferences were overlooked. Even after clearly setting a limited budget, I was shown products beyond it. On top of that, I was told I missed out on better options after making a purchase, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. I had taken my wife to buy branded cosmetics but instead of giving branded items to my wife, all the items were given local and expired items. Even after asking for branded items repeatedly, non-branded items were forcibly given to her. This shop does not have the same staff as before. Staff's Rude behaviour. Bad experience I m disappointed

I have been there coustmer for maybe more than 7 years now my mother introduced me to this shop , shopping there for Durga pujo was such a core memory , in this time of online shopping I still believe in offline purchasing more fun and you can actually test nd try the product , they have variety like the website it's same as scrolling through website. They provide the best product and good coustomer service. I love both of there shops the accessories shop just make me want to buy more nd more stuff that too in reasonable price.
