I had a very disappointing experience during my visit. The haircut I received was completely different from what I had communicated. The salon itself was poorly maintained with unclean surroundings and unhygienic equipment. The pricing is extremely high, especially given the subpar quality of service. The stylist appeared inexperienced and unprofessional, and there seemed to be an intentional effort to mislead customers. I would not recommend this place.

The environment is really positive & their services are too good. I am never disappointed & have had a great experience here. The staff is kind & soft. Especially , I have been impressed with all services from Kajal & haircut services from Praveen. The management of Seema is commendable. Absolutely worth a try.

Amit hair artist ji ka behaviour is not so good he is very talkative person, we are regular clients please do something about this..

Regular customer here. Last time I visited service was pretty average but this time Praveen took great care of things. He was really skilled and very professional. I got hair colour and spa done and results were amazing . Look for him if you need hair colouring of treatment .

I wish I could rate this in minus. Worst service and behaviour of the receptionist Seema is pathetic. They have hidden charges. Be aware don't visit. When I booked the appointment for waxing service they didn't inform normal wax wasn't available when I visited salon they told all normal wax is locked in room and key is with owner who is not in town. The girl doing waxing was very rude she wasn't ready to listen. I was hurt serval times during waxing then during billing they added hidden charges first they denied giving me bill saying as service is done by 2 employees all service shown in bill will be twice and after asking multiple times they provided bill in which charges are way more than in your rate card when I confronted Seema the receptionist said it's software error.

Kajal & Toran gave very good service. Do take their service. They gave very good massage. They gave good messages in facial. I liked it very much, you should also get it done. Must try onces

They provide one of the worst services. The receptionist(Niyanta) got irritated for no reason and hung up the phone on me while I was trying to ask some basic questions on the range of services they provide. Such poor treatment of old customers is unacceptable.
