Don't go to this parlor for any services related to hair treatment as they lack basics and would blame your hair type only if the results won't show up, when it's their process that went wrong. Went for global hair color for my virgin hair and totally disappointed with the results as the color didn't showed up and they are not kind enough to refund my money back or to accept atleast that the fault was in their process.

Went to erika for hair color they suggested nanoplastia and color both at the same time, however due to lack of there basics my colors didn't showed up, after searching on google it suggested that one should not go for nanoplastia and colors at the same time. After asking for the root cause they were good at blaming me for oiling my hairs due to which my hairs got liquid coting and for the same reason my whole process of colors went down. To my dismay they have not returned my money, very disappointed as I was excited to get them color for the diwali festival and also have to take nanoplastia not at my choice just to protect my hair after color hairs.

I had a very great nice experience here. Me and my mom were impressed. Staff is well behaved as well. Definitely recommend.

Worst salon ever, worst haircut , I asked for a butterfly cut and she prefered me for a butterfly feather cut and then ruined the hair totally just before one day of my birthday day. I hated it a lot , so I prefer not to go to Erika for a haircut , it's really disappointing........... Choose a better salon for yours.

My experience in ERIKA SALON was the TOP NOTCH!! LOVED IT. I would definitely highly recommend to orhermy gyals too! Guy named RIHAN was my stylist and i must say he's a damn professional! ERIKA-all the very best for future. I can already see the bright one tho!!!
