Visited here for Haircut and beard trimming and no doubt the artist did wonders to my look. It was my first time visiting a salon in Raipur. Highly recommend this salon. Also, the salon smells really good like a perfume store.

Had a wonderful experience at Opera Prime Salon , The service was excellent, and the staff was very professional and welcoming. A special thanks to Sameer for suggesting the perfect haircut that suits my face shape it turned out even better than I expected. Pathetic place to get your eyebrows done. I left with looking like Mona Lisa with thinnest possible eyebrows, which are uneven and comes with cuts. Only few hair stylist are well behaved, rest everyone is carefree. After instructing multiple times to only remove a certain part, but still got the maximum removed. To their defense they said -" apke eyebrows me gap h vo achche nhi lgenge kuch bhi kr k" instead of accepting their mistake and being sorry they pointed out my flaw and casually said, ye bht experienced stylist (VINITA) hai and aap pay mt kriye if you don't want to. As if that was the concern and it will regrow them. Bullshit behavior and service, be prepared to be disappointed if visiting this salon.

This was my first time in Opera and i had a wonderful experience. I came here for hair cut as well as for facial. My beautician Rajni Bagh was awesome, my face literally was glowing when i left the salon and my hair stylist Nimo was equally good. Very happy with the service, we will be visiting again for sure.

Visited the salon for balayage + keratine treatment. The service is very good and hairdresser Nilabh did an amazing job on my hair. The staff is friendly and they offer wide range of services. This salon is unisex salon. Will definitely recommend this salon and will visit again soon.

Despite the high expectations from a reputed salon, their behavior was shockingly unprofessional and outright rude. 1. **Late Arrival**: The makeup artist arrived **one hour late** to the venue, causing significant delays to the wedding schedule, including the Baraat. Such negligence is unacceptable for an event of this importance. 2. **Unprofessional and Money-Minded Behavior**: Although half the payment was made during booking, the managing staff displayed no patience regarding the remaining payment. They expected the groom to abandon his own wedding preparations to settle the balance immediately. Multiple calls were made to both the groom and his mother, and the on-site staff behaved unprofessionally by **following the groom and his family around**, creating unnecessary stress. 3. **Disruptive Payment Demands**: The staff's insistence on immediate payment, despite it being a minor amount and the situation being hectic, was deeply disappointing. They showed no understanding of the importance of the occasion or the chaos surrounding a wedding. The payment was ultimately made within **15 minutes**, but the undue harassment left a sour taste. This experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Such behavior is not only unprofessional but highly disrespectful, especially during such a significant and emotional event. For a salon of Opera Prime's standing, this level of insensitivity and greed is appalling. I would not recommend their services to anyone, as they lack the basic courtesy and professionalism expected from a reputed establishment.

I had a great experience at opera hair salon raipur . There was a little misunderstanding regarding the price but the owner handled it quite well . They did my hair color balayage + global hair color . Mr Nimo and Mr Param did a great job . The staff was really helpful , helped me lot while choosing the perfect color as well as told me about the retouch shade without even asking . They were really professional and helpful. I am going to visit again and they got a permanent customer .
