I'm honestly furious. I went to this parlour expecting at least a basic level of professionalism, and all I got was a complete waste of time and 500. I asked for a simple haircut with front layers and bangs -- nothing complicated. And still, they messed it up. They didn't even cut my bangs properly -- the most basic part! My hair was just trimmed and blow-dried, that's it. I don't wash my hair at parlours for a haircut, and they still had the nerve to charge me 500 for barely doing anything. The next day, my hair looked like I hadn't even gotten a haircut. It was just set temporarily to look "okay" for a few hours, and then back to looking like nothing changed. Honestly, it felt like they're just looting customers. Zero attention to detail, zero effort, just money-hungry. I'm not going back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and your patience. Rating: 0/5 if I could.

Honest review, Please read this before entering this saloon. My wife went for Keratin treatment and I was with her. She was told that they will be using GK brand for treatment and cost would be 3999. But, I'm damn sure that they didn't even use GK brand, it seems KT brand as it was thicker than compare to GK. KT is alternative of GK. In billing time they mentioned charging for keratin wash(350 rs) and blow dry (250 rs) as well which should be part of keratin treatment. She got her hair cut from the bottom just 1 and half inch and they charged 600. Overall they charged us 5200 around. Which is not at all worth the service they offering. Her hair is not at all looking like Keratin treatment. I literally felt that this guys are looting.[ I've also attached the after treatment pics inside saloon and after 10 minutes at home. You can easily notice their professionalism ]. Instead you can prefer Javed Habib saloon which is situated in Nehru Nagar. We were tired arguing with them and finally we thought let's give them money and leave that place. For sure you will feel the price you're paying, you're not getting output. Thank you!!

Poor service, extremely high charges, worst experience....they burnt my arpits from wax ....and after complaint, they said (ho jata h madam)...don't go there. They charged 2600/- for only normal honey wax.

What a terrible service, not even worth one star. They consider themselves professional hairstylists, but they give you a haircut while gossiping on the phone. The reality is they don't even know the basics of a simple U and V haircut. I explicitly instructed them not to cut my hair short, but they ignored my request. First, they gave me a horrible haircut, and then, while trying to correct it, they made it even worse and worse.

The salon's services do not justify their high prices. The service I received was extremely unsatisfactory. Their inexperienced hairstylist ruined my look by persuading me to try hair straightening during the haircut. They even burned my nose during the face waxing and dismissed it as dead skin. When I complained, they responded rudely and unprofessionally, showing no willingness to accept their mistake. They claimed that hair and skin issues were solely my problem. They showed a complete lack of respect for customer feedback and seemed uninterested in rectifying the situation. Their main focus was on charging extra for hair straightening, neglecting the haircut altogether. It was a money-oriented experience, and the services were not worth the prices. Don't be deceived by the pleasant ambiance; the staff is untrained and lacks professionalism when dealing with customers. They need to consider customer complaints seriously instead of assuming that every review is negative.

Services not at all justifies the price they charge Extremly pathetic service. They absolutely ruined my look by their non experienced hair staightning, .which they pushed me to try during hair cut. They burnt the nose during face wax, and said it is dead skin. Later when i went to complain, they started rambbling about its issue with your hair and skin. They were rude and unprofessional and don't have an ear for feedback. They absolutely don't want to accept the mistake and says it happens once in a while and both hair and skin went wrong with you. The attitude is like don't come , no respect for customer feedback at all. They were just concerned on starighthing of hair which was fetching more charges and left the haircut midway, didn't even cut the front hair, once I agreed for straighthning. Very money minded experience. The services are not at all worth the prices, don't get fooled by the nice looking ambiemce , the people are very untraoned and rough in customer dealing attitude, once service are taken. I liked it here because they are polite and kind in nature yes their services are in a little high cost but you feel fresh when you go out from there

They will keep forcing you to take any other service while haircut and when you will choose let say face massage of 250 at the end ask you more money for that face massage saying that bhaiya Maine to detan bhi kar diya. Earlier there service was really good and professional now they are more focused on earning money.
