I just had the worst experience ever at Snip Salon. Sam(I am not sure about his name I just heard from one of the staff they call him Sam), the person who cut my hair and beard, completely ruined both. I asked for a mullet haircut, and he completely messed it up. My beard is even worse--my mustache is uneven, with one side thin and the other wide. When I asked him about his experience, he admitted he started working here only two months ago, which was obvious from the way he handled the trimmer--he was literally using both hands to operate it! I asked if someone else could fix the mess, but the other staff just shrugged and said he's the only one who knows how to cut. Meanwhile, they were sitting around doing nothing but passing comments. It feels like this place just picks people off the street to cut hair, without proper training, just to keep the shop running--and it's at the customers' expense! I'm beyond disappointed and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs unless you want your hair and beard ruined like mine!

Unprofessional staff is what explains it all. They do not understand the meaning of what booking an appointment means(as they are busy attending walk ins while u wait Ahh..........) . And to top it all the staff who shampoos your hair leaves in the middle to go do a facial, comes another staff to take over who doesn't know what a bottle of Conditioner looks like., leave alone blow drying your hair. Who leaves it half dried and Vanishes, looks like some joke going on( No wonder gossiping is more interesting then Customer Service). The only advice please value your Customer.

Very co-operative staff and brilliant services! I did hair cut at Snip and it turned out to be amazing! Just loved it! Must visit and Try
