Worst owner and worst staff, never experienced such a pathetic behaviour. The owner does not except the mistakes. My mom went for her eyebrows to get done, and the lady who was doing her eyebrows literally scratched the upper eye with the thread, which has led her to so much pain and multiple scratched lines which led to bleeding. When she complained about the same, the owner inspite of accepting the mistake from her staff, put the blame on my mom saying that she has some bad intentions to tarnish their reputation in the market. Later when we went again to complain, the owner was not in the salon and called us later, still not apologetic and arguing, she still didn't feel she was in the wrong position, with that attitude and ego, the behaviour is completely unacceptable. Please think twice before visiting them.

Moti daman team, who has no experience of cutting hair or shaving, so whenever you go there, be careful.
