I visited Signature Salon for the first time due to excessive hair fall and frizzy texture. I wanted perfectly straight and manageable hair. They were offering Botox at 2900 and Smoothening at 1900. I consulted Priti ma'am and explained my concern in detail. She assured me that Botox would give me straight hair -- but failed to inform that Botox is not meant for straightening. Trusting her words, I went ahead. They took 6 hours for just a hair wash and Botox because of staff shortage. Then asked me to come again next day for another hair wash which took 3 hours again. Despite all this, the results were horrible -- my hair became greasy, more frizzy, rough, and hair fall worsened. When I shared the issue with Raksha ma'am (owner), she started arguing instead of resolving it. I was forced to buy their shampoo and conditioner -- and when I said no, they started misbehaving. They hide important treatment details, add hidden charges later, and blame customers when results go wrong. Even worse, they keep pestering you to give feedback before leaving -- very unprofessional behavior. They lure people in with cheap offers and later trap them in upselling and extra charges. I also later discovered news articles where someone's skin got burnt because of their makeup -- I wish I had taken that seriously. My experience was mentally exhausting, financially draining, and completely disappointing. I strongly urge others to think twice before trusting this salon. Your time, money, and most importantly -- your hair -- deserve better care than what they offer. Totally unprofessional, misleading, and disrespectful staff. Avoid this place if you truly care for your hair and peace of mind.

I visited Signature salon today and had a wonderful experience. The staff was very professional, polite, and made me feel comfortable throughout. The service I received was done with great care and attention to detail. The parlour was clean, well-maintained, and had a very relaxing atmosphere. I'm really happy with the results and would definitely love to visit again. Highly recommended!. It's hard to find such good service at such reasonable rates in Silvassa. Highly recommended!"

The experience at signature salon was amazing.... the staff is very attentive and the services and offers are great to grab ...The behaviour of the staff was excellent.....Loved the ambience of the salon and the pricing for the services are very reasonable .. I was attended by preeti ji and she is very sweet lady and her work is very on point
