The facial was done by a lady and it was excellent. Great massage! However, the pedicure was not up to the mark. The guy doing it looked hardly interested in the job. The scrubbing lasted hardly 1 minute and the massage was only for about 2 minutes. It was the shortest pedicure I have experienced in my life. Not at all worth the price. 3 stars only for the facial.

They understand your requirements and serve accordingly. Whenever I get my hair coloured from here, I get compliments about it and many ask for the hair colour. They make a special combination specially according to the customer requirements. Shweta and Sam (precious gems) are hardworking employees of this place and have been genuinely taking care of providing good service. Other than the service, it's a good well lit physical space in Malviya Nagar main market. They go beyond to make you feel welcome. They offer you water, tea and coffee and even for that they will make sure you like it. These people are welcoming, jolly, and often share light-hearted humour.
