Charms unisex salon

I had a terrible experience at this salon. I got smoothing + keratin treatment done, but the entire process was extremely unprofessional and poorly handled. I informed them beforehand that I would be traveling to Bangalore within a week and made it clear that the treatment should be completed properly before I leave. They assured me it would be done, but the process barely lasted 1-2 hours, which seemed odd as similar treatments usually take much longer. They asked me to return for washing and pressing, but when I arrived as scheduled, the salon was closed and no one was answering my calls. After repeatedly trying to reach them, the owner finally said they would send someone to my home for the service. The person who came was completely unprepared--no scissors for the haircut and no tools for the pedicure they were supposed to do. To make matters worse, after just 2-3 washes, my hair has waves and no shine, and it doesn't even feel like I had a keratin treatment. The entire experience left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. I expected much better service, especially from someone claiming to have 25-30 years of experience. I do not recommend their services to anyone.
